A&L Committee


Any changes or upgrades to your Lot must be Approved in writing by the A&L Committee  before any changes are made.  This includes, Exterior Painting of your home, Fencing, Removal and Installation of Trees and Shrubs, Hurricane Shutters, Driveway Revisions and Pavers, etc.  Please see the ARPOA Documents for a complete list of Minimum Standards and Prohibited Uses.
