There have been several coral snake sightings in our community. Please be careful where you walk, especially with your pets and children.  These snakes are poisonous, and we are in their natural habitat. 

We do live in south FL, where snakes, frogs, raccoons, rats, iguanas etc., can cause issues on  roofs, screen enclosures, and pools.  The community is doing what it can around the pool and clubhouse.  We ask every homeowner to do their part by cleaning their flower beds, gutters and anywhere where there is loose vegetation around their home, as these types of pests look for nesting areas.  So, please clean up and protect your home!  Also remove anything that has standing water which will attract mosquitos.
