Has anyone tried Training Mate Santa Monica? I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about it online, and the idea of Aussie-inspired HIIT classes sounds really fun. I’m curious how it compares to more traditional gyms in terms of variety and intensity. I’ve mostly been doing strength training Santa Monica-style programs at other gyms, but I’m ready to mix things up. I’m wondering if Training Mate offers enough strength and resistance options or if it’s mostly cardio-based. I’m also trying to find a good option for affordable personal training near me since one-on-one sessions can get expensive quickly.
