I will be traveling through this PEK Airport for the first time soon, and I wanted to hear from people who have already been there. How easy is it to get around the terminals? Are the signs clear enough for international travelers, and is it simple to find restaurants, lounges, and transportation after landing?
I have also heard that security and immigration can take some time during busy hours. If you've traveled through here recently, how early would you recommend arriving before an international flight? Any advice on avoiding long lines or making the check-in process smoother would be greatly appreciated.
I'm also interested in knowing about the food options. Are there any restaurants or cafés that you would recommend? If you've had a long layover, what did you do to pass the time? Were the seating areas comfortable, and was the free Wi-Fi reliable?
Finally, if you've used the Airport Express train or taxi services, I'd love to know which option you found more convenient for getting into the city.
